Technical Product Manager

About the role

Döhler is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product development and strategy for its natural ingredient portfolio across Morocco, Libya and Mauritania. The role combines technical expertise with market insight to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product development through all stages of the LtO (Launch to Operation) process in close collaboration with sales.
• Act as the technical lead within opportunity teams, managing projects, controlling budgets and ensuring technical feasibility of customer requests.
• Identify gaps in the current product range and continuously update the sub‑range together with application and business units.
• Coordinate and implement digitisation projects, optimise business processes and maintain data in digital databases and systems.
• Apply divisional strategy, promote team spirit, integrate new employees and ensure effective information exchange.
• Monitor budget adherence and act on variances in coordination with the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in beverage or food technology, biotechnology or a related natural science.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience in product development or technical product management.
• Fluent French language skills.

Required skills

• Azure cloud platform (experience with Azure‑based product data management).
