Technical Support Engineer (Electrical/Electronics)

About the role

The company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance across the Tenders and Bids, Sales, and customer domains. The role involves preparing technical proposals, supporting installations, and ensuring equipment efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Tenders and Bids Department before preparing technical proposals.
• Support the External Sales, Digital Sales, and Distributors with technical expertise.
• Assist customers before and after the sale process.
• Write technical reports and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and represent the company at external exhibitions and conferences.
• Support external installations for technicians and engineers.
• Train new technicians and engineers.
• Contribute to research and development to improve equipment efficiency and reduce malfunctions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and emergency maintenance.
• Perform any other duties assigned within the scope of the job title.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering or a graduate specialization in Electronics.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
