About the role
WAHA Home Appliances is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide expert assistance for its range of home appliances, ensuring customers receive reliable installation, operation, and maintenance support.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret product technical documents, drawings and schematics.
- Review and validate issued work orders.
- Design and implement pre‑order checklists.
- Assess technicians/agents against a predefined skills matrix.
- Train technicians/agents on installation, operation and maintenance of existing and new products.
- Monitor service request status to meet agreed SLA targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Up to 4 years of experience in a similar technical support position, preferably within the home appliances industry.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
