About the role
Grubtech is looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Technical Support Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and English to join its Operations team in Cairo. You will receive full training and will help customers navigate the company’s food‑tech platform.
Key responsibilities
- Support customers through calls, chats, and emails, resolving issues and ensuring they feel supported.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, step‑by‑step guidance.
- Collect feedback and share ideas with the Product team to improve the service.
- Test new updates before they go live, ensuring smooth operation.
- Escalate complex problems to the Engineering team when necessary.
- Set up hardware and software as required and keep internal records accurate.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn new tools.
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings or weekends.
- Based in Cairo or nearby areas.
