Technology, Product and Operations Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Technology, Product and Operations Recruitment Manager will lead end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product, design, AI and data teams at a fast‑growing digital bank. You will act as the first point of contact for technical talent, shaping the bank’s employer brand and ensuring every candidate experiences a compelling journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, product, design, AI and data functions, from initial outreach to signed offer.
• Proactively source and build pipelines of high‑quality candidates in a competitive market.
• Assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit using a structured, evidence‑based process.
• Partner with technology and product leaders as a trusted hiring advisor, influencing role definitions and hiring strategies.
• Maintain live pipelines for critical and emerging roles to ensure timely hires.
• Protect and enhance the candidate experience, leaving a positive impression of the bank regardless of outcome.
• Promote the bank’s reputation within the local tech community to attract top talent.

Required profile

• Several years of full‑cycle recruitment experience for technology, product or engineering talent in fast‑moving organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to source and win candidates in a highly competitive talent market.
• Strong understanding of how technology teams operate to earn trust of hiring managers.
• Data‑driven, evidence‑based approach to talent assessment and decision‑making.
• Background in tech, fintech or startup recruitment (banking experience not required).

Required skills

• Experience with sourcing tools and techniques for technical talent.
• Proficiency in structured interview frameworks and data‑based hiring metrics.
