Telemarketing Agent

About the role

Join Compare 360, part of the Chedid Capital group, as a Telemarketing Agent. You will reach out to potential and existing customers to promote insurance products, handle inquiries, and support the sales pipeline through diligent follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to present and sell insurance solutions.
• Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet targets.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and other techniques.
• Provide timely responses to customer questions and ensure satisfaction through regular follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales or a related customer‑facing role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking sales activities.
