About the role
GI Properties is seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Telesales Agents to join its growing team in Maadi, Cairo. In this role you will engage prospective customers over the phone, promote the company’s offerings, and help achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide clear information about products and services to prospects.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive, target‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is a plus.
Required skills
