About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative who lives on the phone and thrives on direct, results‑driven conversations. In this role you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, delivering concise pitches and driving interest in our services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present our service offerings.
- Follow up on leads aggressively while maintaining a professional tone.
- Qualify prospects and forward hot leads to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and track performance metrics.
- Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or a strong potential to succeed in a phone‑based environment.
- Confidence on calls with no fear or hesitation.
- Resilience to handle rejection and keep persisting.
- Clear communication and persuasive speaking abilities.
