Tender Management Expert

About the role

Lead and manage tendering processes for industrial Greenfield projects, delivering optimal proposals and solutions for industrial control systems while working closely with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for Greenfield industrial projects.
• Develop and present competitive proposals for industrial control systems.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery and client teams, including support for operations in Spain.
• Build and mentor a growing tendering team and ensure alignment with company‑wide strategies.
• Exchange insights across functions to continuously improve tendering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tender engineering within industrial processes, preferably with distributed control systems.
• Strong knowledge of tendering in competitive, Greenfield environments.
• Proven track record of creating and managing proposals for industrial control systems.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
