Textile & Spinning Production Manager

About the role

We are a well‑known company based in Alexandria, Egypt, seeking an experienced Textile & Spinning Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will bring 10‑15 years of hands‑on experience in textile and polyester spinning, ensuring production targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage shift schedules, assembly lines, and machine capacity to achieve daily, weekly and monthly output goals.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control department to monitor product standards, reduce scrap and defect rates.
• Oversee fine‑count operations for cotton and polyester (40‑120 count).
• Develop staffing plans, coordinate operator shift rotations and control overtime budgets.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in textile and spinning production management.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale manufacturing teams and schedules.
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and fine‑count specifications.
• Experience handling budgeting for overtime and staffing.
