Trade Development Manager

About the role

The Trade Development Manager will own a territory in Alexandria, driving Monster Energy’s presence across independent convenience stores. This field‑based position focuses on expanding distribution, increasing shelf visibility, and delivering impactful in‑store activations.

Key responsibilities

• Win new independent retail accounts and grow product distribution.
• Increase product facings, improve mix, and maximise cold‑chain availability.
• Execute standout in‑store promotions using POS materials and secondary displays.
• Activate promotional activities to boost sales and rate of sale.
• Build strong relationships with distributor sales teams, providing support and training.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to inform broader business strategy.
• Manage daily activity, reporting, and administration in line with company standards.

Required profile

• Experience in FMCG or field sales, or a background in retail, convenience, hospitality, or on‑trade.
• High energy, competitive mindset, and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently, own performance targets, and demonstrate resilience.
• Full driving licence and comfortable with regular travel.
