Training Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Training Assistant to support the daily operations of our intensive coding bootcamps in El Minya. The role involves working closely with instructors and learners to ensure a smooth, learner‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise training sessions, prepare and distribute learning materials.
• Assist instructors during classes and workshops, answering basic technical questions.
• Track attendance, learner progress and maintain digital records.
• Coordinate logistics such as room setup, schedules and communication with participants.
• Support events including mock interviews and portfolio review sessions.
• Update internal platforms and learning management systems.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or a willingness to learn.
• Comfort with office productivity software and online collaboration tools.
• Attention to detail in documentation and learner follow‑up.
• Ability to work on‑site in El Minya and collaborate in a team‑oriented environment.
• Previous experience in education support, administration or customer service is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in education, business, IT or related field preferred.
