Upper Egypt Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Upper Egypt Regional Sales Manager will lead all sales activities across the Upper Egypt region for United Food Industry Group. This senior position is responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and collection targets while expanding market share in the FMCG food sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Achieve targets for sales, distribution, collection and market‑share growth.
• Manage and develop distributors, sales agents, supervisors and representatives.
• Ensure effective market coverage and expand the customer base.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Monitor inventory levels at distributor warehouses and coordinate with Supply Chain for product availability.
• Implement promotional activities and trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Prepare periodic sales performance reports, forecasts and KPI analyses for senior management.
• Monitor collections and enforce the company’s credit policy.
• Train and coach the sales team to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field.
• 10–15 years of FMCG (food industry) sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years as an Upper Egypt Regional Sales Manager.
• Proven experience managing traditional trade channels, distributors and sales agents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales supervisors and representatives.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and expanding market share.
• Resident of Upper Egypt with deep knowledge of local markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Upper Egypt governorates.
• Valid driving licence.
