Voice Recording Specialist (AI Training)

About the role

We are looking for Voice Recording Specialists to provide natural speech samples that help train next‑generation AI speech systems. No prior voice‑acting or technical background is required – just a clear voice, a quiet space, and a willingness to be recorded.

Key responsibilities

• Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts.
• Vary tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of expressive speech.
• Ensure recordings are clean and free of background noise or audio interference.
• Complete metadata forms that describe and categorize each recording session.
• Participate in both scripted reading sessions and natural conversational recordings.

Required profile

• Clear, natural speaking voice – no professional training required.
• Access to a quiet recording environment at home or elsewhere.
• A microphone, headset, or smartphone capable of capturing good audio quality.
• Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded.
• Reliable and self‑motivated when completing task‑based work independently.
