About the role

Join the first Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt as a Waiter, delivering a personalized and memorable dining experience in a vibrant, lifestyle‑focused restaurant. You will be the face of the venue, guiding guests through the menu, wine and beverage pairings, and ensuring every detail exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Understand guest preferences and provide tailored menu, wine, cocktail, and non‑alcoholic recommendations.
• Answer detailed questions about ingredients, preparation methods, dietary restrictions, and allergens.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system, noting special requests and dietary needs.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, maintaining presentation standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and address any concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on seasonal menu changes, new specialty dishes, and beverage offerings.
