About the role
The Windsurf Instructor will lead water‑sport activities for guests at Sheraton's Red Sea resort, creating a fun and safe environment. You will design activity agendas, promote participation, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
Key responsibilities
- Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
- Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and report low‑stock items.
- Encourage, register, and schedule guests for windsurf and other recreation activities.
- Promote safety rules, observe activities, and respond to emergencies according to local procedures.
- Provide first‑aid assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive.
- Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
Required skills
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Proficiency with publishing software
- Experience handling recreation and fitness equipment
