Account Manager (B2B Sales)

About the role

The Account Manager will drive promotion of our products and services through strategic partnerships and channel development. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on expanding sales volume, managing the full sales cycle and strengthening customer loyalty across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line in line with management objectives.
• Lead partner relationships and align them with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to grow sales in the territory.
• Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyse data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunities.
• Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
• Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection, including credit and payment performance tracking.
• Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the full product/service line.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Promote the company and its services within the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in managing B2B accounts is mandatory.
