About the role
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to nurture client relationships, ensure high satisfaction, and support business growth. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver projects and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and keep account records up to date.
- Support business development and client retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, sales or a related field.
- Strong communication, relationship‑building and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
