Regional Sales Manager – Traditional Trade (FMCG)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will execute the General Trade strategy across Cairo and Alexandria for a leading global personal care FMCG company. Reporting to the National Sales Manager – General Trade, the role focuses on distributor‑led growth, retail execution and expanding market coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the General Trade sales strategy across Cairo and Alexandria.
• Drive revenue growth through distributors, managing sales targets per distributor.
• Build and sustain a strong retail presence, expanding outlet coverage in traditional trade.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and execution standards across outlets.
• Track sales, stock and KPIs, preparing performance reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance on commercial plans and activations.
• Identify growth opportunities in untapped areas and outlets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar FMCG role, preferably in traditional/general trade sales.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong data analytics abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
