Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our clients on Amazon and other key EMEA marketplaces such as Jumia and Walmart Europe. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships, and driving overall business growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
• Develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with client goals and market opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend multi‑channel expansion.
• Collaborate with creative, advertising, data, and listing teams to deliver cohesive e‑commerce strategies.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key clients and nurture new business prospects.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong understanding of Amazon and other EMEA marketplace ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies.
