Sales Engineer (HVAC)

About the role

The Sales Engineer will combine technical HVAC knowledge with sales expertise to bridge the gap between Badr And Asfour's solutions and customer needs, supporting both new opportunities and existing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build professional relationships with potential clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Research competitors and market activities.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.
• Visit sites, secure new projects, and support bid/tender processes.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and assist with business requirements.
• Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets, grow market share, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments and technical offices for pre‑sale and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong motivation for business growth and excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven HVAC sales experience with a record of meeting targets (plus).
• Experience handling consultant approvals and vendor lists.
• Own a car and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Fluent English.
