About the role
We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Account Manager to join ZIWO’s fast‑growing B2B SaaS team in Cairo. You will manage a portfolio of small accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and incremental revenue through cross‑selling and upselling of minor features.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small accounts, maintaining strong customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for add‑ons and minor feature upgrades.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions and updates.
- Support the broader account management team with insights, coordination, and reporting.
- Escalate customer concerns to senior account managers when needed.
- Participate in product and feature training to improve upsell effectiveness.
- Serve as the first point of contact, building positive relationships with clients.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, sales or account coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Willingness to learn, grow and progress into senior roles.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and/or French are a strong plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
