Account Manager – Short-Term Rental Revenue Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing short‑term rental team. You will manage client relationships while designing and executing revenue strategies that boost occupancy, ADR and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and demand patterns to optimize performance.
• Manage pricing, availability and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Utilize revenue‑management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond Pricing, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and present performance reports, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and revenue insights.
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications and marketing teams to improve overall portfolio performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue growth.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, revenue management or short‑term rental operations.
• Proven track record managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals, hospitality or property‑management portfolios.
• Hands‑on experience with revenue‑management tools such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse or Beyond Pricing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
