Compound Manager – Residential Facilities

About the role

The Compound Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residential compound, ensuring all facilities run smoothly and residents receive high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of landscaping, swimming pools, clubhouses, roads, and gates.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electrical, plumbing, elevators, fire systems, and other infrastructure.
• Supervise security personnel, enforce security protocols, monitor CCTV, and handle emergency procedures.
• Oversee third‑party cleaning and landscaping contractors to maintain the compound’s appearance.
• Address resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist in preparing the operational budget, oversee maintenance fee collections, and manage supplier and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, environmental standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Military, law‑enforcement, or heavy‑security management background preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience managing residential compounds, gated communities, or large‑scale properties.
• Proven leadership in high‑security environments.
