Account Manager – Team Leader (Marketing)

About the role
The company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead a team and manage key client accounts. You will be responsible for growing relationships, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives and design appropriate marketing strategies.
- Oversee execution of campaigns across digital, social, and content channels.
- Monitor performance, analyse results and present detailed reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth project delivery.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing or account management.
- Proven experience handling key accounts or working in a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and campaign management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
