Account Manager – Turkish Speaker (Cairo)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Turkish‑speaking Account Manager to join its Supply team in Cairo. You will remotely manage a portfolio of mid‑tail hotel partners, driving growth and ensuring Agoda remains their preferred platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 75–100 mid‑tail hotels, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
• Analyse performance data and recommend actions to improve supply metrics such as SHS, DS, Pvar and AV.
• Activate Agoda products and promotions, track results and document outcomes.
• Use digital tools (Avaya, HubSpot, SHS/DS Playbooks) for outreach, logging and reporting.
• Achieve at least 90% portfolio coverage each quarter, focusing on under‑performing properties.
• Participate in training to stay current on new tools and best practices.
• Handle partner escalations within the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, business development or a supply/e‑commerce role.
• Proven B2B relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable working digitally, managing a remote portfolio and using CRM systems.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to work independently.
