Sales Manager – Laboratory Medical Devices (Hematology)

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive sales growth for laboratory medical devices in hematology, covering instruments, reagents, consumables and service contracts. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for hematology product lines.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan, including customer segmentation and prospecting strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts such as hospital labs and clinical decision makers.
• Provide market feedback on opportunities, competitor activities and product gaps.
• Coordinate with applications specialists, service, marketing and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• 15‑20 years of experience selling laboratory medical devices in hematology.
• Strong understanding of hematology workflows, reagent usage and QC processes.
• Experience managing distributors or partners and navigating hospital/lab procurement.
