Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead day‑to‑day finance operations for the Group, ensuring accurate reporting, robust internal controls and efficient accounting processes. This role reports to senior finance leadership and works closely with the audit and tax teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the month‑end close calendar and deliver timely, accurate financial statements.
• Maintain and enforce accounting policies, the Group Chart of Accounts and internal control framework.
• Approve journal entries and payments within delegated authority.
• Govern SAP Business One configuration, including posting periods, G/L account determination and user authorizations.
• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team.
• Coordinate external audits and tax‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Business One.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
