About the role
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Madinaty and Rehab branches in New Cairo. This full-time, on-site position will ensure smooth daily office operations and provide essential support to our clinical team.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, maintaining professional etiquette.
- Schedule client appointments and manage calendars for staff.
- Maintain and update patient and administrative records.
- Provide executive assistance, including document preparation and correspondence.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative or executive support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
