About the role
Al Safwa Hospital is seeking an Administrative Secretary to provide essential administrative support to its departments. The role will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be organized, professional and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, meetings and conferences.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, faxes) and distribute them appropriately.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, screen and direct phone calls, and respond to general inquiries in a courteous manner.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate (class of 2024‑2025).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Proficient English language skills (C1 level).
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
