Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) to join our clinic‑based ABA team in Cairo. The technician will deliver one‑to‑one ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental delays under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment programs accurately.
• Conduct structured one‑to‑one therapy sessions.
• Collect trial‑by‑trial and session‑based data.
• Implement behavior intervention plans provided by the supervisor.
• Support development of communication, social, play, adaptive, and pre‑academic skills.
• Maintain clear and timely session documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members.
• Attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and professional training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• ABAT certification or eligibility to obtain the certification.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of practical ABA experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, accept feedback, and work effectively within a team.
