Arabic & English Client Support Specialist – Remote (GCC)

About the role

Kodland, a fast‑growing online education platform, is looking for a bilingual Arabic‑English Client Support Specialist to assist families in the GCC market before their trial classes. The role is fully remote, service‑oriented, and focuses on delivering a smooth, supportive first experience for parents and students.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from parents and students via phone and online channels.
• Confirm trial class bookings, attendance, and guide families through access steps.
• Resolve booking and process‑related issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain calm, courteous communication in all situations.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when needed.
• Help create a consistent, positive first impression of Kodland in the GCC market.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Ability to stay solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
• Availability for full‑time, shift‑based work (including at least one weekend day).
• Previous customer‑support or remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.
