Arabic‑Speaking Recruiter (Hybrid – Maadi, Cairo)

About the role

AMS is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in a hybrid capacity based in Maadi, Cairo. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, partnering with hiring managers and talent teams to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles, meeting SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Conduct vacancy intake meetings to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines and selection processes.
• Collaborate with sourcing and administration teams to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador, screening, engaging and aligning candidates before submission.
• Oversee the candidate lifecycle from initial contact through offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment funnel performance, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume or RPO setting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS/CRM recruitment platforms.
