About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter/HR Partner to own the full recruitment cycle for various roles in our Cairo office. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews and support new‑hire onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, from intake to offer acceptance.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity and market conditions.
- Conduct structured interviews and provide clear feedback to hiring managers.
- Maintain talent pools, candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide market and salary insights and support onboarding of new hires.
Required profile
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in fast‑paced environments such as outsourcing, BPO, contact centres or IT.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with hiring managers.
- Good understanding of the labour market and basic salary benchmarking.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
