Architect M365 Admin (M/W/D)

About the role

Concentrix is seeking an experienced Architect M365 Admin to provide technical leadership for enterprise customers worldwide. You will work in a consultative manner to keep Microsoft 365 environments optimized, healthy, and aligned with best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic consulting, design, and advisory services for Microsoft 365 deployments.
• Perform risk assessments, migrations, and provide on‑site, remote, or dedicated support.
• Guide customers on best practices for Office 2016, M365 Apps, Project Online, Project Server and Planner.
• Resolve critical issues quickly, ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop and share knowledge on Microsoft technologies.

Required profile

• Fluent German and proficient English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Office 2016/M365 applications and related enterprise solutions.
• Proven ability to handle complex customer issues and work effectively under pressure.
