About the role
The Architectural Design Engineer will develop architectural design solutions and prepare detailed drawings throughout various project stages, ensuring coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative architectural designs that meet project requirements and standards.
- Prepare and review detailed working and shop drawings.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP drawings before execution.
- Update architectural drawings and documentation across project phases.
- Collaborate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with specifications, standards, and regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 5–7 years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and technical drawings.
- Experience in real‑estate development or construction (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
