About the role
We are looking for a creative Art Director to join Hashtag’s remote team in Egypt. The role involves shaping visual storytelling for a variety of clients across social media platforms, turning concepts into high‑impact content that resonates with audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop high‑quality creative content and innovative ideas for clients’ social media presence.
- Create monthly content calendars for multiple clients.
- Conceptualize and produce video scripts and storyboards.
- Pitch digital campaigns and creative concepts to clients together with the team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, pitches, and new creative ideas.
- Maintain and improve Hashtag’s creative standards and processes.
- Generate themes and ideas to keep over 10 client social channels engaging and relevant.
- Attend client meetings for presentations and creative briefings.
- Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines and high‑quality standards.
Required profile
- Creative, proactive, and concept‑driven professional with a strong visual eye.
- Understanding of social media dynamics and ability to translate briefs into fresh ideas.
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and collaborating with creative and social teams.
- Confident presenting creative thinking to clients.
