About the role

As a trusted legal advisor, you will enable Americana Restaurants' strategic objectives while ensuring legal compliance and managing commercial risk across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and employment agreements.
Advise on regulatory, compliance, and data privacy matters.
Support cross‑border deals, technology projects, and corporate governance.
Manage contract templates, legal documentation, and intellectual property.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel across regions.

Required profile

LLB, LLM, JD or equivalent; certifications in cyber law or data privacy are a plus.
6–8 years of experience in a corporate legal role or reputable law firm.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
