Assistant Manager / Manager – Quality, Risk & Security

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced professional to lead quality, risk and security initiatives across its Egypt and Jordan engagements. The role will support client teams, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and drive continuous improvement in risk management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage risks within client engagements and ensure compliance with professional, legal and internal standards.
• Lead implementation projects related to firm policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Update internal manuals on quality management and coordinate consultations with subject‑matter experts.
• Provide risk‑management guidance to tax professionals and monitor key processes for quality and policy adherence.
• Support the Business Risk Leader, monitor Middle‑East regulatory compliance and communicate risk‑related matters.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders and handle ad‑hoc risk‑management tasks.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in a Big 4 accountancy firm, preferably within a finance operations department.
• Proven experience in risk‑management roles or projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities, personal accountability and a commitment to continuous learning.
