Assistant Product Manager

About the role

Limitless Naturals, a fast-growing wellness brand founded in 2020 and now expanding into selected international markets, is looking for an Assistant Product Manager. The brand specialises in food supplements, multivitamins and sports nutrition, and the role contributes to its mission of improving human health and well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps and repositioning plans to drive brand growth and market share.
• Plan and run patient awareness and digital marketing campaigns with positive ROI and patient reach targets.
• Coordinate product registrations, prepare promotional materials and support product launches and events.
• Train sales teams, provide them with tools and materials, and monitor their performance against marketing objectives.
• Track sales performance, ROI and customer feedback to evaluate marketing and sales activities.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, carry out field visits and address customer issues to keep satisfaction high.
• Manage branding expenses and help achieve quarterly sales and profitability targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, business or a related field; MBA or marketing diploma preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or product management within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong expertise in consumer DTC and HCP-integrated campaigns, with proven marketing results.
• Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing.
• Proficiency in English with a strong focus on digital, strategy and innovation.
