Associate Facilities Manager – Soft Services

About the role

The Associate Facilities Manager – Soft Services will lead client‑focused delivery of soft facilities services, ensuring business continuity and compliance across sites in Egypt. You will act as a key liaison between clients, vendors and internal teams to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships, address complaints, and drive continuous service improvements.
• Oversee soft services operations, conduct inspections, and ensure no business disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain property administration records, audit reports and action plans.
• Lead dining services, monitor food quality, and ensure vendor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support finance and asset management through reporting, budget variance analysis and capital planning.

Required profile

• Higher education in business, project management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple operational matters.
• Leadership capability to mentor and develop a soft‑services team.

Required skills

• Experience with CAFM and CMMS applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office).
• Project management and vendor management experience.
