Associate – ME Serve (Deals)

About the role

Join PwC Middle East as an Associate in the ME Serve team within the Deals practice. You will support client‑facing teams by handling onboarding, compliance, and risk tasks, allowing engagement teams to focus on delivering high‑value client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support external client onboarding through the Acceptance and Continuance system in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal support teams such as independence, relationship checks, and Know Your Client (KYC) groups.
• Interact with engagement teams from Senior Associate to Partner level to complete risk‑related tasks.
• Prepare compliance documentation and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or operations.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Arabic speaking and reading proficiency is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce (advantage).
