FP&A Manager

About the role

The FP&A Manager will lead the budgeting and financial planning processes, delivering accurate forecasts and insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, financial planning and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models for business planning and scenario analysis.
• Analyze performance against budget, forecast and prior periods, providing insights on revenue, costs, profitability and cash flow.
• Prepare executive‑level reports and dashboards, and partner with Business Unit Heads to improve financial performance.
• Support the CFO and senior leadership with strategic analysis, risk identification and business case development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• CMA certification required or strongly preferred; CPA, CFA or similar certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to work with CFOs, senior management and business leaders in a high‑growth technology or startup environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI/ERP systems.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and business partnering abilities.
