B2B Account Manager – Recruitment Solutions

About the role

XBuilders Recruitment Agency is seeking a full‑time B2B Account Manager to join its on‑site team in El Maadi. You will act as the primary liaison between corporate clients and our recruitment services, helping organisations find the right talent while growing our client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential business partners in need of recruitment solutions.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to build tailored candidate pipelines.
• Prepare proposals, track client satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to marketing activities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales and account management experience, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
• Strong ability to understand client hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
