B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist will drive new business and contract renewals by showcasing the value of our client’s products and services to corporate customers. Working closely with the sales team and management, you will manage high‑volume outbound outreach and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client needs.
• Address customer concerns and remove obstacles that hinder product usage or satisfaction.
• Handle competitive objections and work to retain existing accounts or win new ones.
• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and emails, managing a large daily contact volume.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with all relevant customer data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and team to ensure a professional customer experience.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer‑service role, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of meeting personal and team sales quotas.
• Experience with high‑volume calling and outbound prospecting.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
• C1 level English proficiency.
