About the role
We are looking for motivated Telesales Agents to join a leading bank’s indoor sales team. The role involves contacting customers by phone to promote the bank’s products and services, helping the organization acquire new clients and grow its portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Present banking products and explain their benefits.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activity.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the bank’s system.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Gross salary of EGP 9,000 plus commission up to EGP 20,000.
- Fixed working hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- Friday and Saturday off.
- Transportation provided.
- Medical and social insurance.
