About the role
We are looking for a diligent Bank Teller to join our branch team. In this position you will handle cash and non‑cash transactions, provide high‑quality service to clients, and ensure compliance with bank and regulator policies.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash and non‑cash operations accurately and promptly.
- Welcome clients, receive and validate their instructions, obtain necessary approvals, and forward requests to relevant departments.
- Handle customer queries and complaints, escalating when appropriate.
- Cross‑sell bank products and services to meet client needs.
- Follow up on client instructions with internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate execution.
- Safeguard bank valuables and ensure adherence to branch, CBE, and regulator regulations.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Integrity and commitment to compliance standards.
Required skills
- Cash handling.
- Knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.
