Banking Operations Supervisor (BPO)

About the role

RayaCX is seeking a Banking Operations Supervisor to lead the daily activities of its banking department in Alexandria. The role involves ensuring smooth transaction processing, cash management and high‑quality customer service while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day banking operations, including customer service, cash handling and transaction processing.
• Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Design, implement and continuously improve operational processes to boost productivity and service quality.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend process enhancements.
• Train and onboard new team members, equipping them with necessary tools and resources.
• Handle escalated customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with banking software applications.
