Beauty Advisors Supervisor

About the role

The Beauty Advisors Supervisor will lead a team of Beauty Advisors across multiple stores, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Beauty Advisors across assigned stores.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Beauty Advisors.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Deliver product training sessions and sales coaching programs.
• Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports.
• Coordinate with store management to ensure smooth operations and effective product promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Sc. or equivalent).
• Previous experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or fragrance industry.
• Proven experience in sales supervision, team management, or retail operations.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel between stores when required.
• Results‑oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
