Bilingual (French / English) HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Bilingual HR Coordinator who is fluent in both French and English. This fully remote position works the 3 PM – 12 AM shift to support our global operations, acting as a bridge between international HR teams and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Handle internal and external HR communications in both French and English.
• Maintain, update, and organize employee records and HR metrics using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, leave management, and respond to daily employee inquiries.
• Coordinate with international HR teams to ensure policy compliance and alignment.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at B2+ level (strong spoken and written skills).
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience working in a Human Resources environment.
• Willingness to work the 3 PM – 12 AM shift consistently.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (data sorting, formulas, tracking).
